Congratulations to our graduating Morning Milers class for completing, what was for many, their first 5k ever!! These girls have been working hard over the past 10 weeks, transforming their lives and becoming “running mamas!” And while they may not have enjoyed every day of the process, I think they’d all agree that the end result and the feeling of accomplishment last Saturday was entirely worth it!
Awesome job ladies!!

We so much enjoyed meeting all of you who came out to see us at the Spring 2010 Women’s Expo! A big thanks to Housewives of Tampa Bay for hosting this event! A HUGE thanks to our 9 month pregnant IronMommies, Sarah and Val, for manning the IronMommies table while the rest of us participated in the IronGirl 15k. Yes, ALL our IronMommies look this good 9 months pregnant!!
