A new Morning Milers Mini Clinic will begin in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area on September 10th, 2010. Sessions will be held every Friday at 9:30am.  Meeting locations will vary each Friday, but we will primarily meet in the Lakewood Ranch/East Manatee County area.

This clinic will culminate with The Women’s Running 5k in St. Petersburg on November 21st, 2010.

Cost for the 11-week clinic is $80 for IronMommies Members (if you’ve purchased our uniform, then you are a member) or $100 for non-members.  The $100 non-member fee includes a $20 credit towards the purchase of an IronMommies uniform!  These clinic fees also allow you to join the IronMommies for any or all of their additional weekly group runs and workouts!

You are welcome to bring young children to Morning Milers, but they must be safely strapped into a jogging stroller during our run.

Morning Milers is an excellent opportunity to get involved with our supportive and encouraging IronMommies group! We can help you reach any of your goals whether they are to just get started running to participating in a marathon or triathlon!
